Probingon AB is a medical technology licensing company based in Uppsala, Sweden, commercialising wireless intrabody communication technology developed at the Microwaves in Medical Engineering Group, Ångström Laboratory, Uppsala University.
Founded in 2018 as a university spin-out, the company licenses FAT-IBC, the first validated communication layer for independent implanted medical devices, to OEM manufacturers in the field of bioelectric medicine. Probingon's R&D activities in clinical wearables remain integrated with the research group at Uppsala University.
